To provide the customers of Action Truck and Body Equipment the ultimate in industry value, which is the intersection of function, quality, service and pricing.

INTRODUCTION

Action Truck and Body Equipment is a provider of commercial aftermarket additions and industry up-fits in Louisville, KY.

Founded in 1999, Action Truck and Body Equipment now houses two equipment installation facilities and provides industry aftermarket equipment and services to the nationwide area.

CORPORATE

Action Truck and Body Equipment was founded in 1999 and is the sister company of Action Remanufactured Engines, LLC, a national drivetrain company in operation since 1995.

The corporate focus of Action Truck and Body Equipment is to offer regional and nationwide fleets, fleet leasing companies, and automotive dealerships a variety of useful equipment choices as well as unparalleled quality and service excellence.

Action Truck and Body Equipment has provided an individualistic service ethic to customer needs. Action Truck and Body Equipment has enjoyed impressive growth as evidenced by a 30 percent overall increase this past fiscal year.

PERSONNEL

The owner and President of Action Truck and Body Equipment is Barbara Fulkerson. Some of her previous resume accomplishments include

GM Minority and Diversity program with GM for ownership of dealership through NADA program.

Commercial Manager for Montgomery Chevrolet.

Joe Schueman Co. (a wholesale automotive paint company) owner and President, acquired by Sherwin William Automotive.

PERSONNEL

The Vice President is Tom McMillan. Some of his previous resume accomplishments include

Tom was owner and manager of a commercial janitorial firm employing 200 full and part-time cleaning and maintenance staff. His company was purchased by a conglomerate from Indianapolis that wanted his Louisville metro market share.
